T.K. Taylor is a highly accomplished leader and staunch proponent of equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging. Her unwavering dedication to empowering underserved communities and improving opportunities for inclusive health and wealth is evident in her extensive experience as a global business partner, where she has provided invaluable leadership and insights to Fortune 500 companies. Her areas of expertise include organizational leadership, equity and inclusion, employee engagement, enterprise communications, human resources, marketing, and business development.

As Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, Taylor has developed custom training programs and policies to dismantle structural barriers and promote equitable and inclusive workplace practices. Her role as the 15th President of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Lambda Omega Omega Chapter, has allowed her to drive initiatives that support economic empowerment, environmental enhancement, social justice, and health equity in marginalized communities. Taylor is also a passionate advocate for historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), underscoring her deep commitment to educational equity.

Taylor's commitment to mental health and the welfare of youth is evident in her work as a member of the New Jersey Child Placement and Advisory Council, where she provides guidance on judicial decisions to support displaced and abused children. She has also tirelessly worked to assist underserved populations and low-income families in overcoming systemic barriers to generational wealth, education, and career advancement locally and abroad.

At Johns Hopkins University, Taylor is working towards her doctoral degree, focusing on neuroscience, mind, and brain. Before this, she obtained a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and communications.
